SEATTLE, June 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Native American Indian Tribes will benefit from a new national company which will partner and assist in producing high grade marijuana products. The company will provide cultivation, manufacturing, dispensing, processing, testing and regulatory support to ensure transparent and uninterrupted operations. In addition, the company will focus on research-based laboratory testing.
The new corporation, Native American Organics, LLC is a partnership between Red Tipped Arrow, LLC, a nationally recognized, 100% Indian owned economic development company and Wright Family Organics, LLC, a top California based medical marijuana research and operations organization.
"Revenues for the United States Cannabis Industry have reached $11 Billion Dollars and projections are that the industry will reach $30 billion dollars in the next four years. Indian Tribes can be major players in the new market," according to Tex G. Hall, Red Tipped Arrow, LLC owner. This highlights the fact that Native American reservations have an incredible opportunity to gain a large percentage of the market share. Those who enter this market at its infancy have the ability to develop economic engines to impact the next seven generations.
Mr. Hall added, "Throughout my career, I have fought for the advancement and sovereignty of American Indian Tribes. A lot of that time was focused on Economic Development because this is what our people need and deserve."
Hall further stated, "What really made an impact on me was the potential that Cannabis has for healing and easing the pain of our people who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome across Indian Country.
American Indian Veterans have served in our military at higher rates than any other group in the United States. The Department Of Veterans Affairs Estimates the rates of PTSD among American Indian Veterans at up to 25%."
Tex G. Hall is a nationally recognized Native American Leader who served three terms as Chairman of the Mandan, Hidatsa & Arikara Nation, the longest such tenure in the tribes history. Hall also served two terms as president of the National Congress of American Indians, the largest and oldest voice of Indian Tribes in the United States.
Hall founded the Coalition Of Large Tribes, (COLT) which represents large land tribes across the nation. Hall created the Peoples Fund, a $200 million dollar trust fund, funded by energy revenues to provide dividends to each enrolled tribal member for present and future generations. Hall spearheaded the $760 million dollar Keepseagle class action lawsuit against the United States Department of Agriculture, citing decades of discrimination.
As Mandan Chairman, Hall transformed economic fortunes of the tribe creating an unprecedented development of oil and gas reserves and turning the tribe into the largest producer of oil and gas in Indian Country. Hall has received numerous other awards including a National Native Small Business of the Year Award in 2009 and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Native American Finance Officers Association.
Tim Wright, President of Wright Family Organics stated, " We are very pleased to have partnered with Tex Hall, a dynamic and proven leader. The WFO team looks forward to serving Native American Organics and the Tribal Nations of the United States in providing turn-key operations and expertise."
